CUSTOM CHROME EUROPE - BOLT ON AND RIDE TOUR 2009

The 2009 „Bolt On and Ride“ Tour of Custom Chrome Europe is hitting the road again from May 26th to June 7th. Starting at the SUPERRALLY 2009 at Seinäjoki, Finland (www.superrally.fi), five different modified-stock “Bolt On and Ride” Harley-Davidson bikes (Street Bob, Road King, Sportster, Softail, Street Glide), equipped with CCE accessories and parts will do a 1.800 km test-ride from Seinäjoki to the Polar Circle and then back down to the legendary Twin Club Custom Bike Show at Norrtälje/Sweden (www.custombikeshow.se). The mission: Testing parts under normal and “abnormal” conditions. How will Elka shocks take gravel roads around the polar circle, who will quit first in freezing temperature: Thundermax EFI Kits or CCE’s Marketing chief? Do Arlen Ness’ Big Sucker” filters like Swedish moskitos?, Who roars better: BSL and Kerker exhausts or the local elk in heat? CCE’s own wheels and equipment will be tested under „real-life“ conditions, no matter what the weather. The sophisticated “Hello-Biker” intercom-system will be road tested by the CCE-staff who will also have the bikes available for road-test by the Scandinavian press.
